Sales and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Hi-Tech Shark. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at an Hi-Tech Shark Store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at an Hi-Tech Shark Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Hi-Tech Shark Store Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Standard Return Policy
We believe you’ll be very happy with your new purchase! All Hi-Tech Shark products are designed to be highly efficient and incredibly easy to use, manufactured to the highest standards with the highest quality components, and backed by a solid manufacturer’s warranty & industry-leading customer service.
However, we understand that you may change your mind or that circumstances can change unexpectedly, so we are happy to accept returns of new / unused parts and products that were ordered directly from Hi-Tech Shark, for up to one (1) month from the date of purchase.
Upon receiving an authorized return we will confirm the order contents are new / unused and then we will issue a refund (less shipping & handling costs) based upon the original payment method.
Prior to returning any orders you must Contact Us for instructions. Please provide your order info along with the details of your request.
In addition, please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
-Used parts and products
-Damaged / defective products
-Parts and products that were not ordered directly from Hi-Tech Shark
If you experience an issue with one of our products we will gladly assist you with troubleshooting and arrange warranty service as necessary. For troubleshooting assistance send us an email to alex@hitechshark.com and provide us with a description of the problem, your full name, your shipping address, the order information of your product, and a copy of your sales receipt.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Hi-Tech Shark reserves the right to change prices for products displayed the Hi-Tech Shark website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. For international and U.S. customers, prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, or JCB credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Hi-Tech Shark may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Hi-Tech Shark may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online order we’ll send you an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify Hi-Tech Shark’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Hi-Tech Shark reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Hi-Tech Shark cancels an order after you have already been billed, Hi-Tech Shark will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery
You can review the Shipping page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the Hi-Tech Shark Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond Hi-Tech Shark’s control once it leaves our warehouse, Hi-Tech Shark cannot be held liable for late deliveries but we will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
Exchanges / Upgrades
We do not offer product exchanges or upgrades, but if you have ordered something from Hi-Tech Shark in error that is new / unused, you can return it for a refund and then you can place a new order for what you need.
Product Availability and Limitations
At times we may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Hi-Tech Shark reserves the right to change or limit quantities available for purchase at any time.
Wholesale Purchases / Quantity Discounts
